If you’ve been to WPCandy before, you know we’ve already released a WordPress Reference Guide. Now I admit, it’s not the best or most useful WordPress guide for developing themes. That’s where The WordPress Help Sheet comes in.
WPCandy, in partnership with Liquidicity, is proud to present you The WordPress Help Sheet! We’ll let the PDF do most of the talking.
First off, I’d like to thank Liquidicity for being a bunch of cool dudes to chat with.
You may be asking, well how come WPCandy decided to make this WordPress Help Sheet with Liquidicty. Well, in the past they made two other Help Sheets on CSS and XHTML. I really liked the style they used in their PDFs, so I got a hold of one of their AI files, and edited it away to best fit WordPress.
The WordPress Help Sheet includes the following:
- Basic Template Files
- PHP Snippets for the Header
- PHP Snippets for the Templates
- And Extra Stuff for WordPress
Well it’s the end of the post and I bet you’re dying to get the link to it.
Check out what Liquidicity said about the cheat sheet.

Awesome cheat sheet! Thanks for making this available in PDF format. This will be hanging on my wall shortly! I may try to develop something similar to this for my WordPress Plugin Framework project to help developers understand how to best utilize the framework.

Thanks for this valuable bit of documentation. I used it this morning as a shortcut to WordPress’s labyrinth of documentation pages. Find the snippet on your Help Sheet, then do a Google search to read the details: bloginfo(’charset’) site:wordpress.org.
