Ocean3 1.0 has a very clean feel to it…almost too clean.

Everything looks great on this end. Three cheers for a Transitional Doctype!
Look & Feel 4/5
There are some very cool colors used on this theme. I especially like the greens in the main post area. The author has given that area a very sophisticated look, which is nice. There are a few techniques to be learned from that area, for sure.
The white space on the top is what concerns me, and merited the −1. Sorry, but there just doesn’t seem to need to be that much white.
Theme Completeness 4/5
I love the search on this theme. Big words in the search bar are great.
One thing I’m not crazy about is how the header isn’t clickable. The header (name of the blog, usually) has gained significance in usability testings as the place users click when they want to go Home. So to not have a clickable header here is a huge disadvantage.
While everything is commented fairly well in the CSS, it leaves something to be desired. For one thing it isn’t very detailed, but more importantly there is a lot of advanced selecting going on. Without tons of comments for your users to take advantage of, editing your style sheets becomes a hopeless game of trial and error.

Overall this is a great theme. There are a lot of parts I like. But it needs some care in the header and code, for the sake of organization. If those two things were looked into, I would be in full support of this theme.
