WPMUTutorials is now operating under a new logo and the name WordPress Must-Use Tutorials. The site, which formerly published tutorials for WordPress MU, was forced to rebrand itself after WordPress MU merged with the main WordPress branch to form multi-site. According to site writer Andrea Rennick, the differences between the new version and the old version are “slight: more a focus on the new multisite / network feature for those who are new to it, and continuing tutorials about existing features for the WordPress MU crowd.”

Regarding the use of “Must-Use” in their name, Rennick explained:

“If you’ve used the [multi-site] feature, you may have noticed that anything placed in the mu-plugins folder will now show in a sub-menu in the backend. This is labeled as ‘Must-Use’ plugins, so we thought we’d play off that for our new name.”
