WP Classroom is back in session in January

If you’re new to WordPress, it’s a little intimidating even when you have friends who know it quite well. WP Classroom is one of those projects that’s here to help, and they’re offering beginner classes again starting in January. Currently there are only two classes available: WordPress for Beginners and Extending WordPress for Beginners.

Each class is $25 (or $40 for both) and runs for two hours. WP Classroom dedicates one hour to the class itself while the other is a Q&A session. WordPress for Beginners takes place on January 10, 2012 at 7pm ET. Extending WordPress for Beginners is January 12, 2012 at 7pm ET. For more information on what the classes will cover, or to register for the classes, head over to the WP Classroom site.

When you were learning to use/work with WordPress, what was your favorite resource?

  1. I started off learning WordPress by borrowing books and asking lots of questions in forums like SitePoint. To me books and forums are places where I pick up most programming languages =)

Thank you for sharing WP Classroom. Do you know if they will record the sessions?
