WordCamp Philly is seeking both speakers and sponsors for the upcoming event on October 30, 2010.
Speakers are needed for both design-specific topics and beginner level topics. To view a list of all confirmed topics and learn more about becoming a speaker, visit the WordCamp Philly Speakers page. According to the site, all speakers must be GPL-compliant:

Four official levels of sponsorship–Onyx, Gold, Silver and Bronze–are also available for those interested in contributing to the event financially. The benefits of sponsorship range from acknowledgment in the official program and on the official site for Bronze-level contributors to 4 tickets to the event, several acknowledgments, the ability to add 3 promotional pieces to bags given to attendees and more for Onyx-level contributors.
