Win with WordPress brings professional WordPress themes to political candidates

win with wp political theme shop

Win with WordPress is a new niche theme shop geared toward political candidates and nonprofit organizations. They have already released three themes, all built on Genesis by StudioPress.

They described their product and reasoning behind the site in the launch post:

Our new product provides candidates, elected officials and organizations with websites that are cost effective, quick to build, simple to use, and connected to booming social networks.

Throughout our experience running political and marketing campaigns at every level, we learned that most people want simple sites that are easy to update and can fit in a tight budget. Win With WordPress is what cause-based organizations have been looking for.

The default pricing plans range from $495 to $995 plus $25 per month and come with everything to get you going.  The basic plan includes your domain, installation, premium plugins, custom forms and widgets, dedicated hosting, and more.  Additional services such as a donation page, email marketing setup, and 24 hour turnaround cost extra.

Win with WordPress was founded by Wesley Donehue and Lauren Mancke. I have a feeling niche WordPress themes and shops will be big in 2011, and Win with WordPress really has a great opportunity here.

What other niche markets do you expect may pop up this year?

  1. Judging by the screenshots and form creation capabilities they promote as one of tgeir features it looks like it’s built with Gravity Forms also.

  2. Hey guys –

Yes, we are using gravity forms. No, we are not using PayPal. We use for our online donations.

Thanks for checking us out. We would certainly appreciate any more feedback on how to make the product better. Advice is always appreciated. Email me anytime at [email protected].

Oh, and WP Candy crew – thanks a TON for the shout out.

  3. Win with WP seems like it has good functionality. However, I’m not a big fan of your template design. Are you releasing anymore designs?

I found a theme in ThemeForest’s forums called Victory Framework. I like it a lot.

So far Victory Framework is the best design I’ve found and I think that Politico comes in 2nd with Win with WP coming in third.
