Google adds real-time stat tracking to Feedburner in update

Google is continuing its trend toward enabling real-time in each of their products by enabling real-time stat tracking in a new Feedburner update.

While subscribe and reach numbers are still calculated based on a 24 hour period of traffic, item stats (clicks and views) reflect traffic as it happens.

In order to enable the new interface and real-time tracking, log into your Feedburner account and click on the “Try our the NEW (beta) version!” link on the top right of the screen.

  1. Is Google slowly jumping on the real-time stats wagon? With all the new real-time Analytics alternatives I hope that they will turn analytics into real-time too. My hope goes for google reader’s feed fetching as well.
