The official Campaign Monitor blog recently reported on Joshua Bettigole’s Campaign Monitor Add-On for the popular form management plugin Contact Form 7. Rather than having to regularly export form entries and import them into Campaign Monitor to keep a subscriber list updated, the add-on extends Contact Form 7 and enables it to synchronize forms with a Campaign Monitor subscriber list.

The add-on is available in the WordPress Plugin Directory. Setup involves entering only a few pieces of information, including subscriber email, subscriber full name and a Campaign Monitor API key. Basic installation and configuration instructions are available at the add-on’s official site.

    Sounds great!

I will be using this plugin soon enough. :)

I recently built a client site which utilised Contact Form 7. When they said they needed to integrate with Campaign Monitor, I opted just to use CMs standard forms instead — this new plugin would have been a godsend!

I’ll check it out, it looks like it could be very useful, thanks.

I’ve recently added it myself. However, the setting regarding the Client ID is a mystery to me, any experiences where to find that at CampaignMonitor?
    Cheers,
    Saku
