Frequently Asked Questions

Before you contact us, read over these frequently asked questions to see if yours was already answered.

How do subscriptions work?

A subscription purchases four issues, or a year’s worth of publications. After the most recent issue (the latest when you bought your subscription) you will receive the next three issues as we release them.

How much is shipping?

It depends on your location, and the cost of shipping from the US to you. The shipping is listed in your cart when checking out.

Do I have to use PayPal to check out?

At the moment, yes. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to purchase, though.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do, though your location will determine the shipping cost at checkout.

How often do you publish new issues?

We publish new issues four times a year, or once every quarter.

Is there a digital version of the magazine?

No, there’s not. The WPCandy Quarterly is a print publication for a reason, and we resist publishing the content digitally to keep it special.

Will you reprint sold out issues?

No, we likely won’t. The cost of printing is too high to print less than 1,000 issues at a time. So unless the demand for new issues is that large, it just isn’t worth printing them beyond their initial run. Your best shot is to grab an issue while you still can!

Can I contribute to the next issue?

Probably. Read more about pitching an essay or feature story for the next Quarterly.

Can I advertise in the Quarterly?

Of course. Just get in touch and let us know what you would like to advertise.

We would like to sell the Quarterly in our shop. Can we?

We’re always open to hearing from shop and store owners about selling The WPCandy Quarterly publication. Just get in touch and let us know what you have in mind.

Will you release the content for free after the issue is published?

From time to time we may publish an essay or two from the publication in order to promote the Quarterly, but we won’t publish everything. The only way to know you’re getting all the content in the magazine is to purchase a subscription.
