Custom Smilies Plugin Review
Since I promised to post more about our submissions, I’ll begin with the Custom Smilies Plugin. It’s one of the only few plugins we have had submitted. We get a lot of themes and sites but hardly any plugins. Note: If you’re looking to catch my attention when you submit, try sending in some plugins!
Anyways, you’ve probably guessed by now that this plugin is all about smilies. Keep on reading to find out more.
Custom Smilies is simply as the name suggests. It’s a plugin that allows users to choose extra smilies rather than use the default smilies WordPress provides.
The main feature this plugin has is that you can customize what users have to type for the smiley to appear, via the admin panel. In your Write › Post pages you have an Options Box on the right-hand side that has all the smilies that you can simply add by clicking on them, meaning you can include them in your articles. Another feature this plugin has is that, as well as using the smilies in your articles, you can use them in your comments. All you have to do is add a snippet of code and you have a bigger choice of smilies for your readers to comment with. Brilliant!
Using these smilies is a cool and fun way to personalize your blog and grab the attention of readers and visitors. We may even start using the plugin here on WPCandy!

This would come in really handy to tag items like dividers, and slot them into posts !
