So it’s Monday night at 11:20pm and I’ve just discovered Small Potato from WPDesigner.com has announched Project H (Project Hosting). Small Potato is now going to be offering WordPress hosting for $20/month!

Browsing around the net today I realized there are some pretty cool WordPress graphics out there. I’ll be wrapping up my favorite WordPress Buttons, Logos, and Wallpapers.

What really makes WordPress stand out from similar Content Management Systems? Is it the easy-to-use admin panel? What about all the free themes for it? Does it stand out because it’s free? Or is it because of the huge selection of free plugins available to the public? It’s definitely those plugins!
Plugins allow users to extend WordPress’ capability beyond most people’s expectations. In the end, WordPress is worthless without plugins. According to WordPress.org, “plugins are tools to extend the functionality of WordPress.”
Still not convinced that plugins are essential to WordPress? As a test, disable all your plugins for a week and see how your WordPress powered site runs. A good percentage of you won’t last a day!

These days, WordPress themes are flowing left and right, non-stop. I see at least a couple of new WordPress themes every single day. I wouldn’t even hesitate to say dozens of WordPress themes are created and released daily.

A while back, I read 0.8% of the Internet is powered by WordPress. Woah! Now, 0.8% may not seem a lot, but think about it, at least a couple hundred sites are created a day.
